Once teams begin registering, we will place them in divisions and build those divisions with the appropriate team match-ups. Divisions will be closed at a maximum of 12 teams or an even number of equally matched teams. There may be an instance where a team is turned away because their division is full or there is not a matching division. If this happens, teams will be notified by October 12, 2018 and any paid fees will be refunded.
Schedules and Brackets
The weekend schedule and brackets will be posted by Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Coaches and families will be notified as soon as the information is released and we will include instructions regarding how to access the weekend’s information app. The initial schedule and brackets will be listed on the website, however, timely updates will appear on the Tourney Machine App and field locations only.
All teams will be playing at premier high school stadiums in the Indianapolis area and some lucky teams will get to play at the Indianapolis Colts’ indoor practice facility! Maps and field addresses will be included on the website and Tourney Machine App along with the release of the schedule and brackets on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Teams staying in hotels will have the ability to choose from hotels in the vicinity of their “home” field.
